Pre-order
Some products may be available for pre-order, including new releases, restocks of sold-out sizes, or limited edition drops.
Advance Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order, using the available payment methods on the website.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your pre-order within 7 days from the order date and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- To cancel, please email team@sensationseekers.eu with the following details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Payment method used
- Once production has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns After Delivery
- After receiving your pre-ordered product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery, following the instructions in our Return Policy.
Uninitiated Production
- If production has not started, ILINX Srl will cancel the pre-order, notify you via email, and process a full refund.
Refund Processing Times
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take several days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
